Casale delle Lucrezie, surrounded by greenery, boasts an extraordinary view of the surrounding countryside and a large unfenced garden of about 2000 m2, all within a mosaic landscape of olive groves, plowed fields, vineyards, meadows and woods. In the lower panoramic section of the garden, a stone staircase leads to the rectangular in-ground swimming pool (17x7 with a depth from 1.50 to 2 meters), which occupies a natural terrace overlooking the hills, ideal to relax in the shade of olive and acacia trees and enjoy the view of the town of Todi. Around the pool is the paved solarium area, furnished with 9 umbrellas, sun loungers, deckchairs, outdoor solar shower. The property is enriched by an enclosure with cute farmyard animals, a stonework barbecue near the main entrance, a porch equipped for outdoor dining in correspondence with the dining room and facing the swimming pool. All the outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. Through an entrance that is always open, you can access the property with private parking.Interiors
The farmhouse (about 700 m2) is spread over three floors. It has been recently renovated, preserving period details such as stone walls and ceilings with exposed beams. The structure is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and TV in all rooms to offer maximum comfort. Below the level of the apartments, with independent entrance, there is a large dining room that can accommodate the entire group with a bar corner equipped with a professional coffee machine, 2 service bathrooms, a laundry room and three outdoor accesses, the main of which gives onto the equipped porch in front of the pool. From here, via an internal staircase (13 steps) we access the ground floor with outdoor access and a complete industrial kitchen (electric oven, 5-burner hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, toaster, moka coffee machine, dishwasher, juicer, kettle).
On the ground floor, with 3 external steps, we find the first apartment opening onto a living room with espresso pod machine and TV, 2 double bedrooms (one with a minibar), both with private bathroom with shower. From here, via an external staircase (16 steps), we reach the first floor with 3 double bedrooms, each with minibar and private bathroom with shower.
Via a second external staircase at the farmhouse's back (7 steps), we access the “Assisi” apartment opening onto a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a second outdoor access to the front of the farmhouse. Via 5 internal steps, we reach the living area (espresso pod machine and microwave), a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
With independent access at the back of the farmhouse we find: on the ground floor the “Orvieto” apartment opening onto a living area (espresso coffee pod machine and microwave), a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase (9 steps), also leading to the entrance of the “Assisi” apartment, we find the “Spoleto” apartment identical to “Orvieto”. Just detached from the farmhouse, to the right of the main entrance of the building and with 3 independent entrances, we find the ground floor “Perugia” apartment, consisting of a triple bedroom with private bathroom with shower; via 4 internal steps we access the living area (espresso coffee pod machine and microwave) and, from here, via 3 steps, to the second triple bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
About 45 meters from the main building, we find the SPA (ca. 400 m2) with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi for 8 people, emotional shower, men's/women's changing room, 2 service bathrooms, tanning booth, massage room, gym (4 fitness machines), large relaxation room equipped with tables, TV, billiards, table football.
Location
The farmhouse, surrounded by green hills, in 1200 was the residence of the Reverend nuns of the ancient Lucrezia order. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view. Ideal for relaxing walks in contact with nature, with excellent tranquility and privacy.
